Did you ever meet someone for the first time and know that you have known them from somewhere before?
Well, chances are that you have, but not from this life. Do you have a scar or "birthmark" that you were born with, but can't make sense of how it was derived. That can also be a remnant of a previous existence.
My orientation towards working with others is that we have one life as a Soul. At this point in time, we are expressing ourselves as the current personality. However, layered upon our personality are residues from previous experiences as other personalities. called Samskaras in sanskrit. Samskaras reflect our karma, soul agreements, deep seated memories and lessons that can present challenges in the present. We are individuals, unified points of consciousness that are co-creating through the Source the work of Art that is this life, this person that we limit ourselves to in order to experience duality, limitation, choice, time, and creativity.
Regression therapy, reincarnation therapy, soul regression are the hypnotic modalities that help you to access the soul consciousness that you probably already experience from time to time. Whether it be just before going to sleep, meditation, holding a loved one, there are moments of limitlessness in which we get a glimpse of eternity. By going through the process of regression, which can be done in a series of sessions to reduce performance anxiety, you will be bringing that eternal memory into your conscious mind. With awareness of your samskaras, brings an opportunity to resolve conflicts, internal and external, and reach a state of divine forgiveness.
